These Terms and Conditions govern the SMS text messaging program operated by A-1 Appliance Repair (legal name ABK SERVICES LLC).

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

We send transactional Customer Care texts to existing customers who have a booked appliance repair job: appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician dispatch and arrival-window notices, and service status updates.

No marketing, coupons, review requests, or newsletters on this program.

HOW TO OPT IN

You can opt in in two ways:

  1. By phone. When you schedule a service appointment with A-1 Appliance Repair by phone, you verbally provide your mobile number and agree to receive service-related texts about that appointment. You are told you will receive two automated texts per booked appointment, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  2. On our website. When you submit a repair request at https://a1appliancerepair.net/contact/, you may optionally check the box agreeing to receive appointment texts from A-1 Appliance Repair. That box is not pre-checked and is not required to send the form.

Opt-in records (phone number, date, consent context) are retained in our customer management system. Texts are sent only after a job has been booked and dispatched.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

2 messages per booked appointment, plus HELP and STOP replies.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message. We send one confirmation, then no more appointment texts.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging provider (Bernard Labs / Twilio) solely to deliver these messages. Consent is for A-1 Appliance Repair appointment texts only and is not transferred to any other brand.
